2025年10月8日，首届“比干文化论坛”（The First Bi Gan Cultural Forum）于纽约联合国总部代表餐厅隆重举办。本次论坛由美国林氏宗亲联合会主办，旨在弘扬中华忠义精神，促进中美民间友好及多边文化交流。来自联合国系统、各国外交使团、国际学术机构及华侨社团的嘉宾汇聚一堂，共襄盛举。

论坛以“忠义传家 · 文化续航”为主题，围绕比干精神在当代社会的价值传承与全球影响展开深入探讨。与会嘉宾一致认为，比干作为商朝贤臣，以忠勇正直之德垂范千古，其精神对于现代社会重塑诚信、仁义及公共担当具有重要启示意义。

🌸 林泳莉荣获纽约州众议会嘉奖

论坛期间，全球妈祖可持续发展基金会（Global Mazu Sustainable Development Foundation）创始人、联合国非政府组织代表林泳莉女士（Winny Lam Power）因其在推动文化外交、女性赋权及可持续发展方面的杰出贡献，荣获纽约州众议会颁发的嘉奖状（New York State Assembly Citation）。

嘉奖由纽约州众议员金兑锡（Ron Kim）亲自颁发，以表彰林泳莉女士作为联合国NGO代表及妈祖文化推广者，在促进中美文化交流、推动社会包容与文明互鉴方面的卓越成就。金议员在颁奖致辞中表示：“林泳莉女士不仅是中华传统文化的传播者，更是连接不同文明的桥梁。她以实际行动诠释忠义与仁爱精神，为纽约多元文化社区树立了典范。”

当日晚间，庆祝晚宴在纽约皇后区法拉盛隆重举行。来自政界、学界与侨界的嘉宾举杯共庆，为比干精神与妈祖精神在新时代的融合与传播送上诚挚祝福。

论坛及晚宴的圆满举办，标志着比干精神走向联合国舞台、中华文化迈向世界视野的重要一步，也为未来推动中美及多边民间文化合作奠定坚实基础。

NEW YORK, October 8, 2025 — The First Bi Gan Cultural Forum Concludes Successfully at the United Nations Headquarters

The First Bi Gan Cultural Forum was held today at the Delegates Dining Room, United Nations Headquarters in New York. Hosted by the United Lin Clan Association of America, the forum aimed to promote the Chinese virtues of loyalty and righteousness, while fostering Sino–U.S. friendship and multilateral cultural exchange. Distinguished guests from the UN system, diplomatic missions, academic institutions, and Chinese community organizations attended the event.

With the theme “Inheriting Loyalty and Righteousness, Sustaining Culture,” the forum explored the contemporary relevance and global influence of Bi Gan’s moral legacy. Speakers highlighted that Bi Gan, a virtuous minister of the Shang Dynasty, exemplified loyalty and integrity, setting a timeless standard whose principles continue to inspire integrity, compassion, and civic responsibility worldwide.

🌸 Winny Lam Power Receives New York State Assembly Citation

During the forum, Ms. Winny Lam Power, Founder of the Global Mazu Sustainable Development Foundation and UN NGO Representative, was awarded the New York State Assembly Citation for her outstanding contributions to cultural diplomacy, women’s empowerment, and sustainable development.

The citation was presented by New York State Assembly Member Ron Kim, recognizing Ms. Power’s exemplary achievements in promoting cultural understanding, social inclusion, and cross-cultural dialogue as a UN NGO representative and cultural ambassador of Mazu traditions. Assemblyman Kim remarked: “Ms. Winny Power is not only a promoter of Chinese traditional culture but also a bridge between civilizations. Through her actions, she embodies the spirit of loyalty and compassion, serving as a role model for New York’s multicultural community.”

🕊 Global Delegates Celebrate the Forum

The forum brought together Lin clan representatives and cultural scholars from Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan, Canada, Malaysia, and the United States. Participants emphasized that the spirits of Bi Gan and Mazu complement each other, symbolizing the unity of loyalty and compassion, faith and cultural heritage, and underscoring their role in connecting the global Chinese community while promoting intercultural dialogue.

🍷 Celebration Banquet Concludes the Event

That evening, a grand celebration banquet was held in Flushing, Queens, where guests from political, academic, and Chinese community circles raised their glasses to celebrate the successful integration and global promotion of Bi Gan and Mazu spirits in the modern era.

The successful conclusion of the forum and banquet marks an important milestone in bringing Bi Gan’s legacy to the United Nations stage and advancing Chinese culture to the world stage, laying a solid foundation for future cultural collaboration among China, the United States, and the international community.
