1. Mission
Times Square Global Live (TSGL) is an independent international media and communications platform based in New York.
Our mission is to document, interpret, and present stories of global relevance — with a focus on international dialogue, cultural exchange, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development.
We aim to create meaningful narratives that connect individuals, institutions, and societies across borders.
2. Editorial Independence
TSGL operates under strict editorial independence.
We do not accept content that is politically directed, government-aligned, or intended as propaganda.
All editorial decisions — including subject selection, narrative framing, and publication — are made solely at the discretion of TSGL.
Participation in TSGL projects does not guarantee publication.
3. Selection Principles
TSGL curates its subjects based on the following criteria:
Demonstrated real-world impact in business, culture, or society
Authentic personal or professional journey
Alignment with international perspectives and cross-cultural relevance
Commitment to integrity, responsibility, and long-term value
We do not operate on a “pay-for-publication” model.
All participants are selected through an editorial review process.
4. Production Model
TSGL produces documentary interviews, editorial features, and thematic series.
For selected participants, a production and editorial development fee may apply, covering:
Research and narrative development
Filming / interview production
Editing and content creation
Publication and platform distribution
This fee supports the production process and does not influence editorial judgment.
5. Content Standards
All TSGL content adheres to the following principles:
Accuracy and factual integrity
Respect for cultural diversity
Balanced and responsible storytelling
Clear distinction between editorial content and promotional material
We prioritize depth over volume, and substance over visibility.
6. Ethical Boundaries
TSGL does not engage in:
Political advocacy or government promotional content
Misleading narratives or reputational manipulation
Content that compromises editorial integrity
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any project that does not align with our values.
7. Positioning
TSGL is not a mass media outlet.
We are a curated international platform, where inclusion is selective and intentional.
Being featured by TSGL represents a recognition of narrative relevance and global context — not simply visibility.
8. Long-Term Vision
TSGL is committed to building a global archive of meaningful stories — documenting individuals and ideas that shape our shared future.

三、选题与人物筛选标准（Selection Principles）
TSGL对采访对象及选题进行严格筛选，主要依据包括：

具备真实、可呈现的个人或事业发展历程
具备国际视野或跨文化价值
坚持诚信、责任与长期价值导向
TSGL不采用“付费即发布”的模式。
所有参与者均需通过编辑审核与筛选机制。
四、制作与合作模式（Production Model）
TSGL开展纪录式专访、专题报道及系列内容制作。
对于通过筛选的参与者，可能收取制作与内容开发费用，用于支持以下工作：
前期调研与叙事设计
拍摄与访谈制作
编辑与内容创作
平台发布与传播
该费用仅用于内容制作流程，不影响TSGL的编辑立场与判断。
五、内容标准（Content Standards）
TSGL所有内容遵循以下原则：
真实准确，尊重事实
尊重多元文化与不同背景
保持理性、平衡与负责任的表达
明确区分编辑内容与商业合作内容
我们坚持“深度优先于数量，价值优先于曝光”。
六、伦理边界（Ethical Boundaries）
TSGL不参与或不接受以下类型内容：
政治宣传或政府导向性内容
误导性叙事或形象包装
损害编辑独立性与公信力的合作
对于不符合本平台价值与标准的项目，TSGL保留拒绝或终止合作的权利。

TSGL并非大众流量媒体平台。
我们是一个精选型国际媒体平台（Curated International Platform），
所有内容均基于主动筛选与价值判断。
