 Christian Dior Couture and UNESCO have officially renewed their strategic partnership, reinforcing a shared commitment to advancing women’s leadership and promoting the transmission of savoir-faire through education, mentorship, and global collaboration.The renewal agreement was signed by Delphine Arnault, Chairman and CEO of Christian Dior Couture and member of the LVMH Board, and Khaled El-Enany, Director-General of UNESCO. The signing reflects a continued alignment between the private sector and multilateral institutions in addressing global challenges related to education, gender equality, and sustainable development.A Growing Global Platform for Women’s EmpowermentSince its inception, the Women@Dior & UNESCO program has evolved into a globally recognized initiative, partnering with over 75 academic institutions and supporting more than 2,800 young women across disciplines including business, engineering, arts, fashion, and hospitality.Participants represent over 60 countries and nearly 90 nationalities, underscoring the program’s international reach. For the 2026–2027 cohort, the initiative received approximately 12,000 applications, selecting 300 mentees through a highly competitive global process.From Impact to Scalable FrameworksAs part of the renewed collaboration, Dior and UNESCO have conducted a comprehensive impact study aimed at formalizing the program’s methodology and identifying best practices. The objective is to develop actionable frameworks that can inform and inspire broader educational and professional ecosystems worldwide.The program will also expand its digital learning platform, which currently offers more than 20 exclusive courses structured around five core values:Self-Care & AwarenessAutonomyCreativityInclusionSustainabilityStrengthening Global Networks and Cross-Regional DialogueThe partnership continues to invest in building a dynamic global network of mentors and mentees, fostering cross-regional exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration.
